The Highland towns that we will be visiting are:
Stonefield Castle in Tarbert.
We will be frequently travelling to Stonefield CastleBuilt in 1837, Stonefield Castle is a fine example of Scottish baronial architecture and still retains much of its original furnishings, wood panelling, ornate ceilings and marble fireplaces.
Beyond its interior splendor, the castle is set in 60 acres of woodland gardens, lapped by the shores of Loch Fyne. It is based just two miles from the idyllic fishing village of Tarbert, one of the most attractive villages on the Mull of Kintyre peninsula.

A stylish hotel in Edinburgh City Centre
The Georgian features of the Apex Waterloo Place building make it both a timeless and elegant hotel. Built in 1819, it’s the first purpose-built hotel in Edinburgh and although the contemporary furnishings now reflect the modern traveller, its character is still one of the most distinguishing features. At the east end of Princes Street, this hotel stands in the desirable New Town location just moments from Calton Hill, George Street and Waverley Train Station making it central and convenient.
